Keyboard hot keys do not work

Keyboard properties does not appear

Mouse properties does not appear

Verify the Keyboard and Mouse properties are enabled by clicking Start, Programs,

Micro Innovations, and Wireless Keyboard & Mouse. The keyboard and mouse icons

should appear in the lower right hand corner of you screen.

Try re-installing the software CD. Note: You may need to uninstall any previous

multimedia keyboard software on your PC.

Keyboard is typing wrong characters

Mouse pointer (cursor) moves erratically

The batteries may be low on power. Replace the batteries.
